Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Personalize Your Belongings. As we specialize in customized and made-to-order products, our return policy is slightly different from regular retail products. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns for Personalized Products

Since all our products are customized and made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a printing/personalization error from our side

We do not accept returns for:

  • Spelling errors or incorrect details submitted by the customer
  • Change of mind after order is dispatched

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email us at personalizeyourbelongings@gmail.com
  • Share:

    Order number
    Clear photos of the product
    Clear photo/video of the package (if damaged)
    Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

3. Refund & Replacement Process

Once we verify your claim:

  • We may offer a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the personalization process begins, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Personalized/customized items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale
  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup, or
  • Ask you to ship the item back

Return shipping charges will be covered by us only if the issue is due to our error.
