1. What does Personalize Your Belongings sell?

  • We offer high-quality customized and personalized products
    designed to make your belongings unique and special. Each product is
    made-to-order based on the details you provide.

2. How do I place an order?

  • Select your desired product.
  • Enter the required personalization details (name, text, photo, etc.).
  • Add the product to your cart.
  • Complete checkout using your preferred payment method.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order
is successfully placed.

3. Can I change my personalization details after placing
the order?

  • Changes can only be made before the order goes into pruduction
  • After production begins and modifications may not be possible.
  • Please email us immediately at personalyourbelongings@gmail.com
    with your order number if you need to make changes.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Processing
    time: 1–2 business days (since products are made-to-order).
  • Shipping
    time: 2–10 business days (depending on location).
  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  • COD availability depends on your location. If available, it
    will be shown at checkout.

6. Can I return a personalized product?

  • Since our products are customized, we do not accept returns
    unless:
  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is an error from our side

7. What if I entered the wrong spelling or details?

  • We print exactly what is submitted during checkout.
  • We are not responsible for spelling or customization errors entered by the
    customer.
  • Please double-check all details before placing your order.

8. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID
    via email or SMS.
  • You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.

9. Do you ship across India?

  • Yes, we ship pan-India. Delivery timelines may vary
    depending on your location.

10. What if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email us at personalizeyourbelongings@gmail.com

    Clear photos of the product
    Clear photo/video of the package (if damaged)
    Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
